Clarity. Focus. Lighten the load.


Step 1: Reset & Clear

  • Empty inbox (email, paper notes, voice memos, phone photos)

  • Process messages / notifications

  • Add anything nagging at you into your task list


📅 Step 2: Look Back & Look Ahead

  • What did I complete last week? (Wins, even small ones)

  • What didn’t get done? (Do I still need to do it?)

  • What’s coming next week? (Events, deadlines, appointments)


🔁 Step 3: Review Projects (GTD & PARA)

  • Check active Projects (tasks with a clear outcome)

  • Are any completed and ready to archive?

  • Are any stalled and need follow-up?

  • Do I need to start or plan a new project?


🧩 Step 4: Review Areas of Responsibility (PARA)

  • Family

  • Work / Career

  • Health & Wellness

  • Home & Admin

  • Personal Growth or Hobbies

Ask:
→ Am I maintaining these well?
→ Is anything slipping that needs gentle attention?


📚 Step 5: Review Resources (Digital Info, Notes, Ideas)

  • Move completed references to Archive

  • Delete or declutter irrelevant files, photos, or bookmarks

  • Save any useful links / ideas you want to return to


📦 Step 6: Archive & Declutter

  • Move finished tasks/projects to Archive

  • Clean up desktop, Google Drive, phone camera roll

  • Let go of anything that no longer serves you


💡 Step 7: Re-prioritize & Refocus

  • Choose 1–3 priorities for the coming week

  • Mark 1–2 “light” days for rest or recovery

  • Set a gentle intention (e.g., “slow mornings” or “clear communication”)

  • What drained me this week?

  • What gave me energy?

  • What do I want more of next week?
